Massage was a little too light but I didn’t tell her so really it was all my fault. Everything was great. She even asked multiple times

It should be 60 minutes for an hour massage. That being said it was only 40 minutes

Was great just not blown away

esthetician was too delicate. looks like not enough experience. she is very very nice, but I will look for another specialist.

Just think it's not fair that a 60 massage is only 50 minutes

Appointments in general are booked to close together. Only allowing 5 min before and after the treatment to allow a few minutes to relax from the massage and change. Very rushed.

When waiting in parking lot I text to say I was here. I never hear from anyone, so when my appointment was supposed to happen i called. They just said u should have called first??? So i was 5 minutes late, when in fact I was there 10 minutes early.

The location still has a few kinks to work out with reception and checking out. Other than that, my experience was great and I was very satisfied.

The facial was good as was the esthetician but it wasn’t amazing. The hand and shoulder massage was adequate but nothing special. Highly satisfied means it was a top shelf service - it was good but not great.
