Great very clean

Nice greatly people and the room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was yummy and overall a good experience.

I stayed for one week. Encountered three friendly staff and three quite unkind staff: Vince was great (helped us get everything we needed), Lynette was kind, Danny was informative, but the housekeeping staff did not come to our room for 2 days which left us with no toilet paper or clean towels. Also, Vanneissa was extremely horrible to us by refusing to bring things we needed to our room and made getting an extra key impossible. She also was on her cell phone most the time and would hang up abruptly after I would ask for help/information. Lastly, the free wifi would not work on our devices. When we informed front desk, we were told they did not know how to fix it.

morning staff in office is rude
