Came in feeling discomfort in neck and shoulder and right hip area. Left with feeling much relief, more relaxed and even tired. That night I was able to get a good night sleep

John is very experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable and shares in a way that helps me understand the techniques and the goal of the massage. He focused specifically on areas we discussed .

I was made very comfortable during my session. The time spent in my session was very adequate. The staff members acted in a very professional manner.

John did an amazing job! I came in with tension on my shoulders and very sore arms. He worked diligently on that area until the pain was gone. I was so relieved and relaxed after the massage I couldn't believe it.

I asked for a deep tissue massage and Amy was great!
