I was billed 3 months even though I put a freeze on my account. I called & was told that it cannot be refunded but I will only be charged $10 for each of the next 3 months. I ddon't understand why the refund cannot be made. Reward points are hard to figure out too.

The front desk staff was very helpful. They did not push for extra therapies. Mentioned them but not pushy. John is a great masseuse.

Claire the massage therapist is attentive and is the main reason I keep coming back. The staff at the reception area is very welcoming and accommodating as well.

I am the President of the Huntington Pointe Pap Corps & this was a fundraiser. Amber, Clara & Teresa were marvelous as were the massage therapists & aestheticians. A number of us signed up as members. Everyone said we should do it again next year!

Meghan is an excellent esthetician. I was able to fully relax while she worked on my face. My skin was glowing when I left!

I love coming to Hand and Stone. I try to go once a week if I can. I’ve become so relaxed when I’m there.
