Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My therapist Ted is the most amazing at his job. Nothing to complain about!

I love John and Clair, they are both wonderful and super knowledgeable however I am not at all happy with the increased rate with zero explanation and when asked by staff the answers varied. My husband was told that he would get hot stones and it was never mentioned by his therapist. Also don't like that each time I've referred someone I had to manually ask for the referral credit to be added to my account. Not cool. I love John but I will likely cancel.

My massage therapist Kathryn Lamadore was by far the absolute best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and her knowledge of my issues and how she alleviated my pain was amazing. Her level of professionalism was impressive and made me feel very at ease in her care. I will definitely be back to utilize her services again .
