My only complaint has nothing to do with Jean who was amazing. But I got a call the day before my first appointment that my time needed to be changed, which was complicated because my Mother and I were coming at the same time as part of our own girls day. Luckily we were able to rearrange our appointments and we got scheduled for an hour earlier than our original appointments.

I love going to Hand and Stone when available. The boynton beach location is my usual location and all the staff is wonderful. Especially the facial lady, Jeanette, she is always so friendly and welcoming to me. She always helps me better understand my skin and what I need to keep up the progress we have had with my skin.

John is the best massage therapist I have ever had and I have had many massages over the years in different places, states and cruise ships. For reference, I always get a deep tissue massage.
