I had special passes waiting at will call. The two ladies at the indoor window were extremely rude to me and treated me very poorly. Very poor customer service on the part of people who should be polite and helpful. No one deserves to be talked down to the way these girls did.

The theatre was very nice. Their were a lot of stalls in the women's bathroom which was very helpful.

I went for a graduation ceremony and the facility was great. The carpet on level 400 was particularly sticky and dirty.

It's a nice establishment. My only complaint is that paying $15 to park for a concert in which I'm already spending $40+ on is frustrating. It should be much less.

Need handle rails. Scary walking in the dark.
