people are not friendly there

On this visit. A woman next to me had a problem with her machine. It went off and Call Attendant was displayed on the screen. She waited and nobody came so she asked me to watch it while she looked for help. She came back after a while. Waiting about 20 minutes for someone. She left twice. Finally someone came. Too long for service

We went here to celebrate my sons 18th birthday and the lady who set us up in the system was extremely friendly and took her time to check all 6 of in so we knew what to do. The night was a overall great evening
