Paid for two queen beds and only got two doubles. Elevator was broken making it more difficult.

As far as the friendliness of the staff goes, I only interacted with the young lady at the front desk. She was very polite and accommodating . As far as cleanliness of the room, there was a cockroach that was stomped on and dried in the front room by the sofa bed. I did reported and the manager did call me at a later time. I don't feel that I was fairly compensated for what transpired in the room as far as cleanliness goes and I will never return to this hotel.
