I had been looking for this specific necklace for a moth and it was sold out everywhere. So very happy 😊 when the associate saw my bracelet and told me they had the necklace. I dropped everything and bought it on the spot..... with a little extra to make it "mine".

I walked into store, was greeted, and asked to wait. The associates did not take long to assist me, and the purchasing experience was very enjoyable. The associate, Michelle, packaged my purchase very nicely and was very courteous.

Karla was so very nice. She showed me anything that I wanted to see. She helped me put my bracelet together .

They respected covid guidelines and still managed to make customers feel comfortable while shopping in store. Employees were very nice and encouraged to make sales.

It was all monitored efficiently, I was able to find one of the charms I was looking for and the sales associate told me what charms were on clearance which I also was able to buy one.

Store was very clean. Associates were nice. My sales associate was knowledgeable and courteous.

I had a good experience. Got a good deal.

The psalms person was extremely friendly and had great customer service. She listened to our need and got us what we needed fast. Loved it and will go back again.

The selection at Pandora is great and the customer service is also great. The prices are also great especially the ones that are on sale.
