Pandora has always been a go to store and every time I go the associates always make me feel very welcomed.

I've always wanted a charm bracelet but never did I think my lovely wife would surprise all of a sudden days before our anniversary. This charm bracelet is so meaningful to me and thank you for keeping us all safe while shopping.

The young lady who helped me was Iridian she was very helpful and kind I loved the fact that she knew what she was doing and was very patient with me.

My experience at the store located in the outlet mall in Mercedes, texas was 1000% better then the one at the la plaza mall in mcallen, texas. The staff is so much friendly and helpful as long as u follow the store rules due to the current situation which I have no problem doing. Will i return to this location, or yes I will in fact I plan on recommending that store to all my family whom I have purchase their starter braclet

There was two girls there working when I went it. They were both super sweet and helpful. I felt so welcomed there, everything was clean and neat. The girls helped me as much as they could and were super friendly. Will definitely be going back

Your sales associate was very friendly, personable and really honed in on what I was looking for. She provided three choices immediately for me to try. The store could use a little more pizazz though to make it stand out.
