The sales associate really understood how I wanted the charms to associate with my life. She was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of all the charms every time I asked for one. Overall the whole experience felt elegant and welcoming.

I went in the last 20-30mins at the Mercedes location and I believe she was the manager that helped me out she was very kind and friendly glad she was patient with me even though I did buy about 6-7 things.
