Porque la mercancía se debió revisar más a detalle, ahora me encuentro en México y uno de los brazaletes tiene un detalle importante y no tengo respuesta de parte de pandora si la garantía del brazalete comprado en USA, es valida también en Pandora México.

Problem With the clasp on the bracelet. I had to wait in order to get it exchanged. I didn’t like that at all. I believe they should’ve exchanged it just for a different price but it was like oh it was one of those deals that they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to wait for them to ship out more bracelets so I could get the same thing that I have purchased

It took a long time being in the store, the sales associate was replacing things from the shelves and complaining about other sales associate moving things and not replacing them, that’s why it took me a lot of time in the store

My overall experience was good. However, I would have liked to get my wrist and finger measured, prior to trying on styles. The option was not offered to me.

I just wish they had more of a choice of ear rings
