I went to the outlet store at Mercedes and they didn’t had the Disney charms ☹️

Lady took forever to help me out. They hardly had any workers working. Everytime I go there is always a few people working.

Wasn’t shown more option with charms for my granddaughter at the store!! Before leaving I saw more beautiful charms ..

I was satisfied with my experience because I am finally able to start my very first bracelet with Pandora. I love it and it’s my new goodluck charm. Hope to build more bracelets in the future.

Well it was my anniversary and my husband surprised me with taking me to this store. I liked how the girls where attentive and they showed us some of the charms. But it was not like the website advertised , my husband was disappointed on the fact that he though it would be a better experience for me than what it was. Since in the website he read that you can go in to a store and get to make the person feel more special that they where going to measure my hand which she did with her grabbing my wrist with her fingers and I don’t even know my size cause they did not tell me they did not show me around and even thou we said it was our anniversary they did not point out the anniversary charms to be honest I did not even know there where any until I got In To the website my self and search for that. I just felt like it was more about them making a sell than us being completely satisfied. I would not go back to the same store but I would like to try another one maybe it will be a different experience.
