The prices were a little high and they didn’t inform me of the free bag they were giving away with $125 purchase I had to ask myself cause I spent almost $200 and the lady was good at attending but she took a while to open the door because she was having a conversation with her coworker when there was no customers inside

Since it was the outlet they didn't have the new merchandise. Plus the free gift is different as well but still good. Sales representative was very friendly

Item I wa looking for was not in stock

I thought there would have been more, or better options as fair as my broken ring. I love the ring i bought about a year ago, but it broke after a while and i wished to either get it replaced/fixed by pandora but it wasnt, they just said i could buy a new one. But quite honestly i expected better quality.

The one specific charm that I wanted was not available at the store that I went to. And now I’m. It sure if I should try another store, or if it was a limited edition charm that is no longer available.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because I took a really long time in there ,but over all everything was great.
