I was going to buy a bracelet since I am in need of another one to add more charms. The sales associate told me it was on sale for $125 but when she rang it up, it was $225. She seemed annoyed when I was unable to purchase due to being told the incorrect price. I was surprised that she didn't even attempt to rectify the situation by any means.

The only think was .. I asked the associate for butterfly anything she said... Sorry we have Nothing.. and a kind lady also an associate just said you may like this mam.. I was oh .. I Do Really Do. .. So i ended Buying 4 charms fir My Moms Bracelet.. To which it was the 1st time i went to that Store .. Which I Loved💝🌹 Thank Everyobe @ Pandora Outlets

When asking for price on rings we felt as if the employee attended us was bothered because we kept asking her for different ring prices and sizes that my mom did not want to ask anymore.

I went on a trip from Mexico to US, I made a stop to buy some stuff including something from Pandora. It was very disappointing to know that the person who assisted me and my mom (who knows 0 English) knew Spanish and refused to speak in it and looked at us like inferiors when talking in it. It ruined the experience for me and most for my mom who didn’t buy a thing. MCALLEN IS FULL OF MEXICANS!!! And visitors from everywhere! I hope you can do something about this

I was not greeted as I entered, and I feel it was because I was discriminated against. In addition, after my purchase my son dirtied my box with pizza and the food court, and as it was a special gift for my mother who recently lost her father, I wanted the box to look new. As I returned and explained the situation to the insensitive associate (I let her know it was an important gift), she refused to give me a new box and could care less about my situation, even though I had just made my purchase 10-15 mins before returning, when I asked if I then could purchase just a box and new bag, she told me they were only available to purchase online. Even though she obviously had more boxes and bags!!! I do not understand why the associate refused to give me a new box! Ridiculous.

They said hi when i came in but they were talking between them no body looked at me at all, I knew what I want rad, so, my purchase was easy and fast, no challenging for anyone.

They took a while before we got attended. And then the nails the girl had on were slowing her down. I’m all for nails they are beautiful but they didn’t help her with the merchandise

The sales associate was not very welcoming or interested in helping us at first, but once we started to ask for charms to buy her demeanor changed. I guess she just wanted to sell rather than help.
