Store doesn't have much of a selection. I went there knowing what I wanted however the associate didn't know of the product I was talking about. On that same note they didn't have much as other stores I've visited.

There was a long waiting list and then the girl that asked for my name called me stupid. But after getting help from an another employee she was kind and had advice.

They did not have the bracket and charms that I wanted.nor the ring.

I was with an associate asking if we had a certain ring in style and she said she was going to look for it but then went to help another customer . i waited 15 mins for another associate to assist me again. i wasn't the only one waiting for assistance. there was only 2 employees. there needs to be more staff.

Sales associate didn't have knowledge of merchandise. She was also very pushy with purchase. Did not give me same quality of service as other associates did to their guests.

My birthday was a day before and associated didn’t even bother to try to see my ID to verify to maybe give a birthday discount I mentioned that I’m on the email list but have not gotten any code but was told my code if I had one wouldn’t work at the store that I would have to have gotten something in the mail with I didn’t so. I purchased something full price.

I’m visiting for the holidays and this was my first experience entering a Pandora store in search for holiday gifts. The store was clean and appears to be following guidelines to keep clients safe during this unprecedented moment with COVID. We entered and were being assisted by a sales lead (Ana R) considering we had a designated associate to assist I presumed we would get an exceptional experience but the experience was a bit lackluster. Ana had more interest in assisting other colleagues, did not have suggestions on alternative items, and failed to reassure any of my selections. Overall I felt as an inconvenience to the associate but am happy with the gift purchases. Fortunately I do not live in this area and have no need to return.

The service was great but the wait is little long because we were on line about 15 minutes before to going inside of the store.

Karla the cashier at Mercedes’ was very rude and ugly to my daughter and I . I was disgusted with your store : I was a buying a birthday gift but it just sickens me how employees like her get hired . She is unethical and I tried to call management to discuss and no one would answer the phone ,
