La vendedora no abrocho bien la pulsera de mi hija, salimos de compras y se le cayó, no la encontramos. Nunca se le había safado.

Purchased a bracelet, sales associate gave me the display bracelet without cleaning it or making sure it was in good condition. When I then returned home I realized some stone where missing. Next day returned to the store to make an exchange . Had the worse customer service experience. Not friendly whatsoever told her the situation, didn’t acknowledge it. Finally after 20min she gave me a new bracelet, asked about three times is it the same size is anything different and she responded “same size nothing different” walked out of the shore tried the bracelet on turns out it doesn’t fit me. Reason I asked he many times was because she wouldn’t let me try it on in the store. She put in the box and walked me out of the store right away. So I wait outside for about 15 min, then a manager helps me try to find my correct size. Takes about another 30min to find me my size,but mean while helping out clients. Manager was also rude and not friendly. Definitely not going back to Pandora. I love your product but the customer services was horrible.

Supposedly we can exchange items bought online at any pandora stores. However, nowhere does it say we might have to pay extra! I had to pay to get my bracelet exchanged! Ridiculous!
