The sales associate (Les L.) was very knowledgeable and willing to assist. He made recommendations and suggestions that were very helpful in ensuring I was making good decisions. Les took plenty of time assisting my brother and I shop for our wife’s and daughters and never once made us feel like we needed to rush so he could help the next customer. This was the second to last shopping weekend before Christmas and Les treated us like we were the only customers in the store. Les L. did a wonderful job!!!

5 star experience!!!Had to exchange a charm bracelet that I ordered online. Michael, the store manager was extremely helpful and kind. He really made the experience great and gave cleaning recommendations, he even wrapped the box and put it in a gift bag. I will absolutely return to this store!!
