Great merchandise, friendly knowledgeable staff. The store was clean and not crowded, I was the only customer in the store at that time. Pandora did not have the type of necklace that I was looking for, but I was able to purchase a nice pair of earrings that I am very pleased with; I haven't stopped wearing them since I purchased them.

When I first got in line someone came to me really fast and ask what could they help me with. After they let me in and browse the store, after I was helped by Sara who helped me find everything I needed. And recommended some nice stuff I needed for my jewelry. Thank you so much Sara! And all the staff who made sure I was being taken care of. Only thing was, the rings I wanted were not available in my size so I’ll be placing the order online.

Les was patient with me and he took the time to assist me with finding the right charms for my daughters. He asked questions to ensure I chose the right charms that told their story.

Michael M. assisted me with a previous purchase that I had made at a different store and I was not pleased with their service. Michael fixed the issue and acknowledged my presence and patronage at the shop.
