Jaleen W. Was amazing! She was very nice and knew everything about her products. I wasn’t quite sure of which charm or bracelet I wanted today as a first timer coming to Pandora and just by speaking to me and getting some info about me and my personality she pick out 2 charms and the perfect bracelet for the charms. I’ll definitely be going back to that location just for her. Not only that her two lovely coworkers also helped as well and they had amazing conversation as well. I felt very welcomed and very joyful that I was able to be helped the way that they helped me. I can tell they were a family by the way their chemistry was in the store.

The Pandora store was very clean. They were following all necessary precautions. Manan helped me with all that I needed and even took the time to measure my little girls wrist just because she asked if she can.

During my visit had great help with Tom A & Michael who was the store manager. I applied for the Pandora Credit care and made my purchase.

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the associates Linda and Mary were extremely helpful and friendly. They definitely saw what I wanted based on my budget and didn’t force me into anything. They were amazing.

They lady that was helping me was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and helpful! She gave me options I didn’t even think of and wasn’t pushy at all!! The managers in this store thou need to learn how to not talk down to there employees. I heard them talking rudely to they lady helping me and it was just disrespectful. As a store manager of a business there is a time and a place and it’s not in front of customers

I love the price and quality. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. I would like to see more sport variety charms.

Staff was very well informed and knowledgeable. Worked very well to maintain my budget for this purchase. Educated me on cleaning methods and extra steps of care to ensure the bracelet last my wife a very long time.
