The young lady that was quick to help us was friendly. She gave us get undivided attention. Helped us pick out charms. Her customer service felt as though we were talking to family.

They were very knowledgeable on what I was looking for. I loved how they explained everything I needed. They also told me if I had any problems to please bring my jewelry in to them!

The customer service associates met and exceeded my expectation. Especially Michael, he made shopping for a gift for my niece a pleasant experience, Michael even gift wrapped the purchased item, while I was checking out by another very helpful sales associate. I will definitely be going back to this store to purchase more items.
