Lindsey and Michael out did themselves !! I was Treated like royalty and came in a customer and left with two new friends. They listened to all my needs and it felt like they knew me better than I knew myself just off of conversation

As soon as I walked up to the store, I was greeted with a friendly smile and welcome. Also, the ladies were very knowledgeable and patient with me.

Mary was nice and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Not only did she show me what I asked for, she showed a few pieces that complimented it.

I got there right before closing. The associate helped me as if they had just opened. Wasn't rushing even though I told her I had one more store to stop at before the mall closed. She worked on my time and got me taken care of and out of the store allowing me to make the next store before it closed.

Ms.Linda B, was very pleasant to work with her customer service skills are amazing. We were very impressed by the entire staff at your Pandora Store in The Avenues Mall in Jacksonville FL.

The workers had me and my friends while I was getting the charm I needed and made great small talk while I was waiting to get my change

Manager Michael was getting to close the store but he was still willing to help me with my purchase. Very knowledgeable about the bracelet and charms I purchased. Very nice and polite to the customers and staff. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone that really cares about their customers.

I was satisfied because the staff was very nice. I also love the way everyone wanted to help. It was a good experience and i will be coming back !
