My experience at the store was fantastic however my experience at the Gretchen‘s Hallmark on 17 where I made my initial purchase for my bracelet was horrible. I contacted the gretchens hallmark on 17 due to an issue with the bracelet breaking and the manager Sealy was so rude and arrogant that I will never step foot in another Gretchen’s Hallmark ever and I’ve shopped there for 7 years and bought numerous Pandora charms from there so many in fact that I have to have two bracelets and I just got my third from Mr. Mundy. Mrs Sealy is so arrogant and rude. I will never go back to gretchens.

The employees we both wonderful to shop with. They showed me several options for what I was looking for. Even shared a jewelry box promotion that I was able to take advantage of.

I came into the store to ask questions about how to care for my Pandora Bracelet. Michael was incredibly helpful! He answered all of my questions and provided me with the supplies I needed to properly care for my bracelet! I went home and immediately cleaned it following the directions he provided. It looks absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to wear it.

The store manager himself took very good care of me.he was very interested in helping me find what I need.the other sales people came and helped they were great.

The manager is very nice. The associate are so helpful. They let us feel comfortable with them . The store itself is very nice and clean

My mother and I enjoyed shopping at Pandora. The store associates are so friendly. Michael the store manager even offered us a cool refreshing beverage while we were shopping. I will definitely be returning back to this location for future business.

I came in to pick up a order i placed online and when i got there the online picture was extremely misleading it ended up being a mico charm. The store manager Micheal M and his sales associates went above and beyond to help me find a replacement charm. They were amazing and by far the friendliest store i have ever been in. Thank you Michael M, Les L, Jaleen W-T, Mary D and Linda B. y'all were amazing and Bruno the Unicorn was a hit. This store truly needs to be recognized for the amazing customer service they provide. I can't say thank you enough for helping me. The online sales is extremely misleading when it comes to certain charms and needs to be fixed ASAP. Thank you again to the Avenues Mall Staff in Jacksonville Florida.

The sale assist Michael M was very helpful friendly and all around fun to deal with I enjoyed our conversation while waiting. Just a overall GREAT EXPERIENCE. The best I've ever had and I have been purchasing from stores for years.
