Both of the associates were very kind and knowledge of the jewelry. Both asked for our name and got to know our preferences (ring styles, color, and size). They were very professional and even offered to clean my friend’s pandora ring that she came in with after commenting that it was a bit dirty. Left with a ring and so did my friend. Very satisfied with my experience.
