The store manager Michael was assisting me and my partner he made us feel so welcomed! And made our experience amazing, every question we had , he had an answer and I’ll continue to shop at this specific Pandora

Michael, Les, Mary & Noah were AHMAZING! I came down on my break to exchange my moms bracelet for her birthday and I was given the best yet fast service so I could make it back to work. Everyone made such an impression & were super friendly. I felt like I had known them for some time, Ha! I’ll definitely be back & only here from now on!

In the last week I’ve been to Pandora and Nathan, Micheal and Mary remembered me before I even got in the door. Made me feel like a friend and not just another face. Awesome team Pandora should definitely have them train others on just what the Pandora experience should be.

Great customer service

The way Michael and Mary worked together to show us the store and give us ideas beyond what we were looking to purchase. We came because of a problem from Artsy Abode giving us the wrong size by selling us a size 54 when we requested a size 52. The receipt stated 52 from Artsy. They even called to inform them so they may adjust their inventory. Basically these people care and took the extra step. We work at Longhorn Steak House as servers and we know service! This was service!! We bought here for our first time and will in the future. Thank you.
