I normally go to Town Center because they are closer to me. I saw online the Avenues location had a charm I was looking for. I called on my way and spoke with Michael M. and was given a world class customer service experience. I will no longer go to Town Center. They have never been bad, but i felt like a transaction there. Michael made me feel welcome and was very personable.

Mary was very helpful in helping me find exactly what I wanted!! They handled me trying everything on and changing my mind very well!! She was awesome!

Sales associate was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Since the merchandise was not out as usual because of COVID, this was especially important. Sales associate did not rush us in any way. She made us feel welcome, masks and all!

Upon my arrival I was greeted by assistant manager Noah who explained to me that once the area was sanitized and ready we could go in, in the meantime while we waited he gave me a book with merchandise selection which made my experience smooth and easy. As I walked up to the station the sales associate was so warm and welcoming and very patient with me and what I wanted. Everybody in the store acknowledged me and were so sweet. They make a great team! :)
