Mary the manager was so wonderful we haven’t been in for a while and she remembered us right away. Also, Sheika, the sales girl was so sweet and helped us find some wonderful things.

The three associates in the store immediately greeted me with a warm welcome. I had not worn my bracelet in years, and it desperately needed some attention. The associates cleaned my bracelet and charms and showed me how to care for them properly at home. I purchased a Pandora cleaning kit and another charm! I will be back!

I was greeted and assisted the moment I walked into the store. I knew exactly what I wanted and they were quick to locate the item I wanted. They offered up charges but didn’t push me or make me feel like they were trying to hard to sell. They made it a great experience for my 10 year anniversary and I will be back in a month to purchase my first charm!
