Micheal and Les were the most amazing customer service providers EVER! So very attentive and fun to talk about products with! They helped me tremendously during my visit they are great store manager and assistant managers!

I encountered a problem at this location a few weeks ago. The Regional manager Les called me and listened, he was very sincere in making it his business to make things right. Michael Mary and Noah were so awesome. This was my first pandora experience and I was impressed. I also appreciate them remembering my mom and asking her how she was doing(she is in wheelchair) and sanitizing everything in between guests.

Les and the young lady with him that night were wonderful. Very patient despite getting there right before closing. Then my friend had an issue with her bank acct and couldn't pay for her bracelet at that time. They held it til the next day for her and let her pay for it next day. They were awesome. Will definitely be going back to this Pandora.

The Sales Representative “Linda” was very pleasant and friendly. The store Manager was at the door and greeted my husband and I as we entered the store. The store was clean and safety precautions were taken, we were the only customers in the store, hand sanitizer was available and we were given hand sanitizer.
