With a brief wait while the area was sanitized I was invited in to the store to pick out a few charms. Once in Mary asked questions and showed me a lot of new charms to add. Mary also mentioned a free charm with a purchase

I was very impressed with the safety measures in place for covid. I waited in line outside the store where an associate was asking what we were shopping for and giving our catalogs. Since I knew what I wanted, she was able to help me without ever actually going into the store. It was very well executed. Big thanks for taking social distancing and the health of your employees and guests seriously.

The store manager Micheal was very helpful and he made sure everything was fine. He even asked ya our names to make us feel legendary the more welcome. Every one in the store was just great and the all worked good as a team

He has exquisite taste in not only the Pandora lifestyle, but food as well. Having worked all my life in retail, I can say that this is what it must have felt like to shop with myself.
