Overall the service was great, the store was very clean, the the staff was very friendly. However, they didn’t have a lot of the charms I really wanted to get.

Alyssa was very professional and friendly. She informed with all the deals that pandora had going on, and help me find the best gift for my partner. She a great saleswoman!

They didn't have the charm I was looking for but was able to pick another one.

Well, being it was my first time coming to the store, I thought that it would be a better selection or I should play the lotto. Each charm I choose was out of stock or didn't fit my bracelet. I had an older lady so I'm not sure if I was moving too fast or her too slow.

i was very satisfied. but i think it is a little pricy. and i have a pandora braclet and its all gold and green instead of silver i am going to go to the store and ask for a cleaning or a new one

I was satisfied. Just not highly satisfied. Nothing personal. It was very busy because of the holidays and I waited a bit until someone cane to assist me At least they acknowledged me and we as people just gotta remain patient as well and treat people with respect. And the young lady who helped me was very helpful. I believe her name was Katura.

It was a good overall experience, small wait and no greeting upon entrance
