You sales associate added cleaning kit to my bill which I never asked for. I was surprised by this, I just inquired, how to clean purchased jewelry. I was not expecting this.. since I chose to send my bill to my email, I didn't noticed this while I was in store. Feels like your store better trust. Otherwise, I am highly satisfied. I had purchased before also from Pandor but not from this store.

THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS NO VERY PROFESSIONAL IN APPEARANCE. HER HAIR AND HER FINGERNAILS WERE FILTHY HER HAIR WAS DIRTY AND HER BREATHE WAS AWFUL. I KNOW HER BREATH IS MAYBE NOT HER FAULT BUT BEING DIRTY IS. THE MANAGER, I'M ASSUMING, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY.

It was only two employees working which means the wait was longer than usual. Also, I do not like that you all have a charm for sisters, aunts, nieces, best friends but not cousins. Cousins are just as important as siblings. I also don’t like that you all discontinued the money bag but don’t have anything in place to symbolize money.
