The store was very busy, only 2 associates had a little wait. Once helped everything went well.

The store was cramped with customers. Associate was not that nice! I didn’t feel comfortable being in the store

Store did not have a few Marvel items that I was looking for, though Pandora website stated they were available at that location.

Availability of bracelet size that I needed. I had to order the size needed. I need a size 22, but I was told it is no longer available. So I ordered a size 23, which I think might be too big.

No reason. I believe nothing is perfect

The reason I was not “Highly” satisfied was because the store is a bit small. Therefore it can only hold a small amount of customers.

Limited selections. There were only two crosses and they were very small and there were no Bibles. I would like my story in charms based on my faith.

We were wanting birthstone charms for a necklace. The clerk had zero knowledge, I ended up looking online and advising her. She tried to give me 2 of the same months. She seemed in a hurry and was being bothered by another co-worker.

The only thing that was a little questionable was while the young lady was helping a coworker just walked up to her and talking like she wasn’t helping pick my items and they both engaged in conversation which I thought was a little rude.
