I really wanted to be helped by the young lady that I used in the past. New associate Tom kept interrupting what I wanted to talk to her about. I asked to see the Matt pink maurano bead and he brought over one that had a defect in it. The young lady told him no, and found 2 perfect beads which I purchased.

I was satisfied.

The store wasn’t full but all sales reps were occupied. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted so it was a tad annoying watching people make decisions. However, our wait wasn’t too long and once it was our turn the transaction when by quickly. Overall the store was small and could do well with being a bit larger. Staff was friendly and store was clean.

There was an associate that helped us in the beginning and she had the knowledge but kept trying to deter me from trying to buy what I wanted and wasn’t very helpful. Didn’t even try to sell me merchandise. Then another associate recognized the problem and sold us one.

Every charm that I wanted you guys didn’t have it in stock and they were kind of the inexpensive ones but the expensive ones you guys had.

Did not have exactly what I was looking for, however I found something different.

The item desired was not in stock, but was advised to return to online inventory for an easy exchange or purchase.

The store did not have a variety of charms specifically the 5 I asked for were out of stock the employee did inform me that Christmas wiped them out and new inventory would be coming soon.
