It was a Saturday so of course it was busy, but they also seemed to be standing around waiting to help customers but not really saying anything. My experience felt pressured and rushed. I decided to wear the bracelet out. But I wasn’t given a box it bag to place my bracelet in when I take it off. The experience felt rushed I was showed 1 tray of charms and I just wanted to look around at all the charms.

I went to return a bracelet that is broken and they tried to give me the same bracelet after they told me that the bracelets are defective and they don't stay chained together then they told me that I had to call customer service number to have the bracelet replace when I'm supposed to have a when you're in the store warranty

Head Male employee at register went through the motions but seemed disinterested.
