Sales associate did not arrange trays so I could look at the charms. Instead opened a book amd was like "look through this". I go to the store to ses in person, not look through a book like I could do online.

To pricey for such small none eye catching merchandise.

The salesperson never gave me total of my purchase verbally. I just told her I had a gift cards. Never told me that I had a balance leftover.... had to look at my receipt once I left the store. Somewhat friendly salesperson but very knowledgeable with the customer service.

You’re sales representative was wayyy too pushy with trying to sell a ring and the ring she did sell us she said was size five but when we got home we quickly realized it was not a size 5.

Purchased on line, return policy allows for return and credit from the store however they would only accept an exchange. Item exchanged at store wasn’t even boxed

I will be returning, but not to this location. As soon as we walked in the associates (everyone, but the young lady that helped up) didn’t seem to be interested in selling anything to us. One guy just blew us off saying the charms wouldn’t fit the type of bracelet we had. He never took the time to actually help us.

The sales associate had no knowledge of the products, she referred me to look through a book, if that is what I wanted to do I could have shopped online!! The product that I was looking for was in the display case and she informed me that they didn’t have it!!

The sales associate didn’t know the birth stones. She gave me the August stone instead of June, have to make another trip to return it.

The sales associate that was supposed to be watching the door was not very friendly. While helping a customer she asked me for my name and wrote it down. Once she was done with her customer she NEVER acknowledge me or my mother by saying, "someone will be with you soon". Then I asked her if she can help me she said no she is watching the door. Not friendly at all. Then I spoke to the manager and he ignored me. Worst experience ever when spending my money.

They had canceled my card and I was embarrassed when trying to pay for the item which I still purchased.
