I came for exchange and my money was not returned properly.

I asked the associate, who was very sweet, for two rings in a size 7.5. As in trusting the associate I purchased the two rings under the impression they would be both size 56. One felt slightly bigger between my fingers and I was actually given a size 58 & 56 instead of the two 56 sized rings I asked for.

While looking for a 17in rose gold bracelet the Asst. Manager Noah directed me to a beautiful Pandora rose bracelet with 2 charms on it with a labeled price of $270. He verified that the price. I let him know I wanted to purchase it, while ringing them he advised me that the price was a little more than the label in the case & would be $350. I said but you have it labeled at $270. He responded "yeah but unfortunately it will be $350". I let him know calmly that due to it being labeled in the case and verified by him as being $270 that he should be able to honor that price. His words "that's not how this works" & "so do you want it or not" I was appauled. He said "no". I asked if I could speak to the store manager he replied "I am the manager" though Asst. Manager was on his tag. He finally decided to walk over to the case and remove the displayed bracelet & scan it. It rung up to be $290. I then asked if he could ring me up for the "correct bracelet ". He responded saying "oh see we don't have the size you needed anyway". Out of pure frustration i purchased the $350 one since he claimed the cheaper one was not in my size.
