This was my 1st time visiting and purchasing a Pandora bracelet . I have been considering him for some time to go into the store and make a purchase but never did. Finally made up my mo d and it was a great decision the sales person was great she took her time and walk me through the entire process and ai am very happy with my purchase.

Mary and les We’re absolutely wonderful. When I walk in there, I feel like I’m being catered to. Mary knows every single charm that I own, which is so funny. She loves playing with my charms on my keychain and putting them in a good order. She loves to make sure that it’s awesome. She even noticed that one of my charms that I recently bought was broken and she quickly resolve that situation for me. I love going in there because I feel so special and I feel like I am the only person in the world, so I absolutely love going in there don’t ever change your staff in there.

The store manager Michael is awesome and his overall customer service is SUPERB!!

Sale Manger and Assoicate were very friendly and helpful in meeting my needs, my bracelet was broken, she did attempt to see if could be repaired. Assisted with my new pick for a replacement.

I really love the way everyone greets you co ming in the door. Pandora has good quality items that is affordable. The store I shopped at the manager Michael is nice and professional.
