Michael Mundy (manager) was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. His suggestions and tips were invaluable. We never felt overwhelmed by his presence. We didn’t want to leave. He is perfect for Pandora.

I really like my favorite associates were they were very nice. They were very very knowledgeable. They showed me how to take care of the problem that I was having with my jewelry. The overall experience was very very nice. I will return to the store. The store was very clean.

THE Mr. Michael Mundy OMG he is phenomenal he went over and beyond and backwards for me when I had an issues, he didn't hesitate to handle my situation with ease. He's the true meaning of a real manager. And the reason why I will be returning to HIS store. When I couldn't get help threw the consumer depart and the rep was very rude and nasty.. He got right on it when I had a bad taste, He fixed my taste buds. This was my 1st experience with Pandora and because of him it won't be my last. Mr.Michael keep shinning like the Star you are.
