Michael was an absolute pleasure to shop with, I needed to exchange my bracelet for a bigger size since I ordered it online and he picked up my call was super nice and cordial told me they had my size when I arrived at the store he was so pleasant and didn’t make me feel like a bother due my my own error he was a true sweet heart and represented pandora well, I know I’ll always go to the avenues to see him again and shop!

I was satisfied with the choose of merchandise. The charm the I was looking for. Also the the new diamond bracelets that I didn’t know they had until I visited the store. It was a great experience.

The experience with Mr. Michael in your store was top-notch very knowledgeable very professional courteous great customer service made you feel like you were the only customer in the store and you were high priority hands-down to your store for the wonderful employee that you employed!

The service was excellent, the manager and associate were very nice and helpful. The store was clean and glowing, which I loved. They were sold out of a lot of charms but it was ok.

My customer service person, Keturah was so helpful and friendly. She walked me through the process of picking out items for my anniversary gift for my wife. I had to return to get the right size bangle the next day and she assisted me again.. Outstanding service!
