The associate that helped me was very knowledgeable of the Pandora products and help me to pick out what best fit me and I was very satisfied with that.

The customer service was amazing. The salesman knew about the products I was interested in. He asked my permission to try the necklace on me. He was very professional & he used my name during the transaction.

My wife was PERSONALLY taken care of by the manager Michael Mundy. His care and customer service skills were stellar . Michael needs to be either a regional manager or the head of teaching customer service skills. My wife had a return ( which turned into a easy exchange ) and she was able to pick out a beautiful necklace set that I was able to pay for over the phone ( I`m currently working in Chicago ). Mr. Mundy needs to be recognized . He a manager supreme !!!

Mary is an absolutely wonderful wonderful sales person. She’s basically my personal shopper I go in there and she knows exactly what I like and then she continues to play with my charms and rearrange my charms on my key rings and suggest other things she’s very personable and makes me very happy when I go in there and see her the entire staff is phenomenal I actually made them chocolate chip cookies for Thanksgiving because I appreciate what great service they give me and I actually feel like they appreciate me not just my sales
