I came in with two clips that keep falling off my bracelet. The associate replaced them with a different kind without so much as batting an eye. She very quickly knew what I needed, took care of it, and assisted me in my purchase of a chain to add to it. The store was crowded, yet I was served immediately. This store has always been this way, which is why I keep coming back. The associates are always friendly and always helpful and care about whether or not you are happy. Thanks so much! Great group of people to do business with!!
