Staff very friendly and made good suggestions. They knew exactly where things were and took time to clean my bracelet as well as help start a bracelet for a gift. Store was so clean and well organized. I was impressed at knowledge of the charms. Immediately could tell me the difference in the original Eeyore and the new one. Will be going back,

The customer service is always pleasant. The store is always clean and the sales people is always nice and helpful. They are always so knowledgeable about the inventory.
