Sales Associate Linda B. was very Courteous, Accommodating, and Patience. She answered all questions and gave options while listening intently to My Family which included a very loud and enthusiastic 6mth old and a toddler. Linda B. made my decision to purchase easy...and I returned unawares to my family to make the surprise purchase of two charms for my Daughter and Son In Law as a token of Love resembling my Grandchildren's Birth stones. I had 3 charms in mind upon entering the store, shopped online to pick selections, but still wanted to see local options. I was greeted by 3 sales associates & helped by 2 throughout my experience. Two charms were not in stock at that location but I was offered several other options. I chose one of their suggestions and found another on my own. Upon checkout the associate asked if I would like to open credit line, for additional 10% off my first purchase - I may have passed in the past (Christmas time) or else was not offered this - so I did this time. My sale associate was very pleasant and quite helpful, Alonna G. but I cannot remember the other woman's name. She offered the engraving options, which I was not aware Pandora did. Best experience I have had at a Pandora. Hoping that team will be there upon my next visit!
