The salesman in the store were friendly, sociable and very eager to answer any question I had. They did not rush me and made me feel comfortable even though I was very unsure of what I wanted. The best customer service I've experienced when shopping in Pandora.

We trust Michael M. 196278 with the Mother’s Day exchange of our bracelets for the correct sizes. Michael ordered the correct sizes for my Mom and my sister and based upon their happiness with their fit and his follow through as a man of his word to take care of them even with the exchange date expired. He’s to be commended.

Micheal was so helpful he's definitely the reason I'll be coming back. I was so happy about everything he did for me, I cried on the way home. He needs to training new and old employees.

I had visited another Pandora store prior to this visit and the employees were of no help. They wouldn't even look up my previous purchase to replace it with the warranty. Mary B. did an amazing job helping me with the problems with two of my rings. She is 100% the reason I will come back to this store.

I was able to locate the charm I wanted online. The website showed it was available in my local store. I went in to the store and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. I requested the coffee cup charm and was offered a few other options but declined. I was able to get checked out quickly and it was an extremely efficient transaction. More stores should be like this. No high pressure sales tactics or incessant up-selling attempts. Just smooth, friendly, efficient service. I will be back to this location.
