I love Pandora products and always go in to look at current selection. I went in today to ask about keeping my jewelry clean. I loved the vibe and the way the ladies in the store acknowledged me when I walked in. I am BIG on customer service and this was beyond my expectations based on my experience in other stores. For this reason, I stayed in the store to look around much longer than I usually do, and was able to find a few items that were to my liking, and made a purchase.

The sales manager was very helpful, even though I had a problem with a sales rep in a different location in Orlando Florida. The Pandora bracelet that I purchased their was very small and not my size. I address this with her and was told that the bracelet would strech. It's been 3 years and the bracelet hasn't stretched at all. The sales person in the Jacksonville location helped me and corrected the problem. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service on today. Michael M. was very knowledgeable and compassionate to my story. He even told me about the Military discount that I never knew Pandora honored. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.
