I was walking around looking for a charm that I saw online and Michael was helping another customer at the time, but got a glimpse of the picture on my screen. He went to get the charm and brought it right over to me before I could even ask and he had such great customer service! He went above and beyond!

Tom A 200597 was great and created the 14k gold bracelet that my wife asked me for for Mother’s Day and she didn’t appreciate my efforts nor what Tom did fit me. So I’m sorry to return it but Tom A was the man!

I will return because of the convenience of the location. Also the atmosphere that was in the store was great. The assistance I received from Michael was fantastic and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
