Les was so helpful and friendly, he helped me personalize a gift for a good coworker of mine, the process was speedy and efficient. i love coming to this pandora because its always so nice and clean and they always have the ;newer charms for our collection. The staff considered us and our time to be valuable for every visit to this store. They are courteous and personable. The selection is varied and when an item is not available, the staff member makes every attempt to see is it is still available and, if so, how soon could they get it to me.
