I got the help that I needed to decide what item to pick. I find it more easier to shop at Pandora during the week rather than weekends. Weekends you always have to wait for an associate for a long time.

I have never received such fantastic customer service anywhere like I received at this location. Michael was very elegant, poised, and knowledgeable. I did not know Pandora did engraving. The entire staff were Superb!

Michael (196278) was very knowledgeable about the merchandise, he was very friendly and made me feel like I was a part of the Pandora family. I was sorry that I missed the sale you had that ended the prior week, because I just shopped until I dropped. Overall my experience was excellent.
