Emma was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Wasn't sure of my mother wrist and unaware of the adjustable bracelet, Emma showed me one that did. Emma also caught on that my mother loves bling and showed me a set for $99 so mom is getting her first bracelet with 2 charms. Dad is happy so will mom, thanks to Emma.
